CCAI knows that only a small number of orphanage children will ever find their forever
family. While not a substitute for adoption, we have worked diligently to expand
our network of orphan care families so that as many abandoned children as possible
will experience the love of a family. CCAI’s orphan care program supplements the
valuable work being done by over 300 state registered government orphanages. Our
goals are to create a loving environment and provide the best possible care for
these special children in the hope that one day they will be adopted.
Our goal is to create a loving environment that will allow for better attachment outcomes and increased survival rates.
Donations to CCAI’s orphan care program allow for either one-on-one care from one
of our trained orphanage caretakers or placement with a supervised orphan care family
Your $40 per month donation may provide:
- One-on-one attention
- Food and housing
- Medical care
- Educational opportunities
You can help a Chinese orphan receive the gift of personalized loving care. Your
generous donation will enable a traumatized orphan to not only survive, but to thrive.
Additionally, orphan care families are helping to reduce the stigma of abandoned
children. This is good for the community, as well as the sponsored children.
As a orphan care sponsor, CCAI will send you an electronic report on your sponsored
child. Each quarterly report will include developmental information and pictures.
CCAI will even send you pictures of items you ask us to purchase for your sponsored
child. If questions remain after reading your personalized report, we will do our
best to provide the answers you seek. Finally, you will also receive a copy of CCAI’s
Annual Report, detailing various charity projects throughout the year.
Our orphan care program allows you to sponsor one child or multiple children. We
even welcome family or community groups that are willing to jointly sponsor a child.
